Welcome to Darvaza.PK. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Order Management System. By creating an account or accessing our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Darvaza.PK. These terms are designed to protect both you and us while ensuring a fair and transparent service relationship.
By accessing and using the Darvaza.PK Order Management System ("OMS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, team members, and any other persons who access our services.
Darvaza.PK provides a cloud-based Order Management System (OMS) designed for Pakistani e-commerce businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: order tracking and management, Shopify integration, courier API connections (PostEx, Leopards, TCS, BlueEx, Dux, M&P, Trax), team management tools, analytics and reporting, and packing/dispatch workflows. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree not to share your login credentials with unauthorized users. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Our platform integrates with Shopify and various courier services (collectively "Third-Party Services"). By using these integrations, you agree to the respective terms and conditions of those services. Darvaza.PK is not responsible for any actions, data handling, or service disruptions caused by Third-Party Services. You are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials and permissions for all connected services. We act as an intermediary and do not store payment card information.
We collect and process order data, customer information, and business analytics solely to provide our services. Your business data remains your property. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely on our servers and third-party cloud providers (Neon PostgreSQL, Vercel). You may request data export or deletion by contacting our support team. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.
Our services are offered on a subscription basis with plans as listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We accept payments via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and credit/debit cards. No refunds are offered for partial months of service. Enterprise plans may have custom payment terms as agreed in writing.
You agree not to use Darvaza.PK OMS for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include: processing fraudulent orders, using the platform for money laundering, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, reverse engineering or copying our software, and using automated bots to scrape or overload our systems. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.
All content, features, and functionality of Darvaza.PK OMS — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of Darvaza.PK. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your business data and content remain your property. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement purposes.
We target 98.9% uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, data sync delays, or courier API failures that are outside our direct control. Enterprise customers with SLA agreements receive priority support and compensation as outlined in their contracts.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Darvaza.PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for losses due to failed deliveries, courier errors, or Shopify sync issues beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you violate these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. All outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
